1. Individual Stroke

2. Conditions of competition:
The tournament is played in accordance with the actual rules of the "German Golf Federation (DGV ) Conditions of Competition" and the local rules etc.
All players accept that photos made during the tournament will be published.
A free practise round can be played on Monday the 01st of August 2011.
Additional starting times can be booked in the golf club secretary’s office.
Play will be from back tees.

3. The competition is a handicap qualifying event.

4. Eligibility of play:
Eligible to play are all boys and girls who were born 1992 or later and are members of a registered golf club.
Handicap limit: Boys -0,9 Girls -2,0 (exceptions only for wildcard-players)

5. Number of entries:
90 participants.
If more than this number of entries is submitted, the tournament selection committee will select based on the following combination of criteria: handicap, international event finishes and national events finishes.

6. Prizes:

In the event of a tie the winner will be decided by a hole-by-hole playoff immediately following the conclusion of play. In the event places 2nd – 5th have ties it will be decided as a scorecard tiebreaker.

Taken into account until a difference in the number of strokes happens are:

1. The last round total
2. The last 9 holes
3. The last 3 holes
4. The last hole
5. 2nd Round total
6. The last 9 holes of the 2nd Round
etc.

7. Entries:
Application for participation is only possible for members of the World Junior Golf Foundation, membership fee $75,00 annually (calendar year).

8. Closing date of entries:
Friday, 01st of July 2011, 24:00 pm (CET)

9. Entry fee:
Free
If your application is accepted, transfer from the Rhein-Main-Flughafen Frankfurt to the hotel, shuttle service between hotel and golf course so as costs for four nights hotel accommodation between August, 1st and 5th 2011 with meals on the tournament days will be covered.

10. Competition Nearest to the Pin:
August 01, 2011 between 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.

11. Competition Longest Drive:
August 02, 2011 between 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.

12. Victory ceremony:
30 minutes after conclusion of play.

Lecture for Players, Coaches and Parents
Tuesday, 02nd of August 2011
Time, Location and Topic will be announced

14. Competition committee:

The members of the committee will be announced before the start of the competition.

16. Dress Code:
Shirts with collars / No Jeans

17. Behaviour:
Rude unsportsmanlike conduct or improper behaviour in general, including the use of alcohol, will not be tolerated and will jeopardized further participation at the tournament.

18. Subject to change:
The competition committee reserves the right to alter starting times and amend the regulations if necessary. Decisions of the competition committee will be final (subject to alterations without notice).
